A new boiler is a big decision, so we size and specify the right combi, system or regular boiler for your home rather than the one that suits us. Worcester Bosch is our primary brand, and as an Accredited Installer we can register up to a 12-year parts & labour guarantee — a length of cover only accredited engineers can offer. 0% finance is available to spread the cost, and everything is installed cleanly, tested and left tidy.

For larger homes and commercial premises we install 70kW-and-above systems, including the Worcester Greenstar 8000 cascaded up to 100kW and the WB GB162. It's specified, installed and commissioned to commercial standards, with a 12-year guarantee on the Greenstar 8000 — a proper heating solution for buildings a domestic combi could never keep up with.

No heat, lockouts, error codes or leaks — we diagnose the actual fault rather than resetting and hoping, and repair boilers of all makes and models. If a boiler is genuinely beyond economic repair we'll tell you straight and offer a like-for-like replacement, but often it's a part and a proper fix. As an MCS certified installer we design and fit air source heat pumps by Worcester Bosch, Vaillant and Mitsubishi Electric, running at up to 400% efficiency. Because we're MCS certified we can claim the £7,500 Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant on your behalf and handle the full paperwork, so it comes straight off your quote. Solar thermal panels are brilliant when they work and baffling when they don't — especially if the company that fitted them has long gone. We repair and maintain all types of solar thermal, including orphaned systems, replace antifreeze, and service 25+ brands including Viessmann, Vaillant, Kingspan and Gledhill. If your hot water from the roof has quietly stopped, we can usually bring it back.

We supply and fit energy-efficient air conditioning by Worcester Bosch, Daikin and Mitsubishi Electric — from around £1,500 for a single room to £3,000+ for a whole-home system, with up to a 7-year warranty. Modern units bring HEPA filtration and smartphone control, cool the house through a heatwave and warm it efficiently in the shoulder months. 0% finance is available.

A Roost Boiler Care Plan spreads the cost of looking after your boiler across the year. Plans start from £9.50 a month and include your annual service and priority call-out, so you're near the front of the queue if something goes wrong. Add on boiler repair, wider system repair or a cylinder service to build the cover that suits your home.

An air source heat pump needs looking after just like a boiler does. Our Heat Pump Service Plan gives owners annual maintenance that keeps the system running at its designed efficiency and protects its performance year after year — the sensible companion to an MCS installation, whether we fitted it or not.

A power flush clears it out, restores circulation and protects the boiler — often the missing step that makes a tired heating system feel new again, and a smart move before fitting a new boiler.
