A Winchester heating team, since 2017.
Roost Heating has looked after homes, landlords and commercial premises across Winchester and Hampshire since 2017. It was founded by Tareq, who brings 20 years in engineering, and it's grown into a team of directly employed, DBS-checked engineers — Christian, Max, Aidan and Jack — plus an office team who keep it all running.
We're a Worcester Bosch Accredited Installer, which is our proudest badge on the boiler side: it means we can register a manufacturer's guarantee of up to 12 years' parts and labour on the Greenstar boilers we fit — a length of cover only accredited engineers are allowed to offer. We're also Gas Safe registered and MCS certified, so we can look after gas, LPG and commercial boilers and design air source heat pumps that qualify for the £7,500 government grant.
The range runs well beyond boilers: air source heat pumps, underfloor heating (we're registered repair engineers for Uponor and Polypipe), solar thermal repair including orphaned systems, air conditioning, smart controls as a Nest Pro Elite Installer, care plans, landlord CP12 certificates and power flushing. We're Trustmark approved and HIES consumer-code compliant, with £5m public liability insurance behind every job — and we support the Solent Mind mental health charity each year.

Accreditation means Worcester Bosch trust our workmanship enough to let us register a 12-year parts & labour guarantee on every Greenstar boiler we fit — a length of cover only accredited installers are allowed to offer, and the clearest sign a manufacturer stands behind our work.
Gas Safe Registered
By law, only a Gas Safe registered engineer may touch your boiler, gas appliances and flues. It's the single most important thing to check before letting anyone near your gas — and every gas job we do is carried out to that standard, from a CP12 certificate to a full boiler install.
MCS Certified for heat pumps
MCS certification is what unlocks the £7,500 government Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant on an air source heat pump. It means our renewable design and installation is independently assessed — and we handle all the grant paperwork for you.
Nest Pro Elite Installer
The top tier of Google Nest's installer programme, so your smart heating controls are set up and commissioned by an engineer the manufacturer has trained and recognised — not fitted and forgotten.

Every engineer who comes to your home — Christian, Max, Aidan, Jack — is a directly employed member of the Roost team and DBS-checked. We never send subcontractors, so the person on your doorstep is accountable to us and to you.
Trustmark approved · HIES consumer code
Trustmark is the government-endorsed quality scheme for tradespeople, and HIES gives you consumer-code protection on renewable installations. Together they mean your deposit, your workmanship and your guarantee are all independently backed.
